Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse at 4350 Town Plaza Dr, Ste 203, Houston, TX 77045.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- Contiguous United States: FREE standard shipping.
- California & New York: a $20 surcharge applies at checkout.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: a $50 surcharge applies at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after processing for the contiguous U.S. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
